Dairy Protein Shake


1-2 C skim milk

C part-skim ricotta cheese

C fat-free cottage cheese

- C fat-free yogurt

1 C frozen, fresh or dried fruit (My favorite is blueberries. Prunes work well.)



1 T heavy cream to create a real milkshake-like taste

1 or 2 tbsp flax, olive, coconut or other oil to add healthy fats

1 or 2 small chunks of frozen banana to improve the taste and texture


Blend it all up.
