5 ripe Haas avocados
Juice of 2 limes
1 medium onion, diced (prefer red onion)
¾ cup finely chopped cilantro (or more)
1 large tomato, dices
1/3 of a jalapeno (diced, more if desired)
Take meat out of avocados and add juice of 1 lime.
Use fork to mash to desired consistency.
Add rest of ingredients
Stir just until incorporated.
Cover tightly with saran (best to put the saran directly on the dip.)
