Swedish pancakes

Beat eggs until slightly foamy.
Add ½ the milk.
Add melted butter. Mix well.
Add the rest of the milk.
Notes: I melt the butter in the pan in which I fry the pancakes. I don’t need to butter the pan again during cooking. Cook the pancakes until there is no liquid on the top and turn over to brown the other side. Serve with maple syrup. yum!
